QUALITY

All my paintings are created using high-quality canvases and paints.  I've been selling art on and off for more than 15 years to individuals and businesses.  All my paintings are coated with varnish to protect them against light and dust for many years of enjoyment.

PAYMENT

The checkout and payment processing is done through PayPal or Wix Credit Card. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to use your credit card. Your financial information is not passed through to me and is kept confidential by these systems.  PayPal  and Wix Credit Card are always free to use for buyers.  Buyers can choose to fund payments with a credit card, bank account, or other source.  Upon payment, I will receive an instant notification from the site with your payment confirmation and shipping address only.

 

COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
All the orders placed in this site are processed via PayPal or Wix Credit Card. PayPal and Wix use SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal or Wix, AprilPaige.con does not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. I only receive your shipping address.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

A certificate of authenticity is provided with all the paintings I create. The certificate states the following:
- The painting's name and dimensions
- The artist's name (myself) and the fact that it is hand-made
- The date the painting was created
- The media used
- The location where it was created (Florida)
- My signature

TERMS OF USE

April Paige Fine Art, April Paige.com and April Paige own all copy rights to make reproductions from any of my artworks.  The purchase of any original, print, electronic or any other product gives you permission for private display only.  

You are NOT permitted to:

•  Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise exploit the website or any product image, product listing, product description, etc.

• Display publicly or use in business without written permission/negotiation

• Use a robot, spider or data mining or extraction tool or process to monitor, extract or copy Website Content

• Engage in any activity that interferes with the website or another user's ability to use the website

• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any technology used to provide the website and the services offered on the website

PRIVACY POLICY 

April Paige Fine Art, April Paige.com and April Paige values your privacy; I therefore follow a strict privacy policy. All information supplied by my customers or subscribers is used solely by April Paige Fine Art and April Paige.com for communication of promotion purposes only.  I use the information you provide when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. I do not share this information with any other outside parties.  When joining my subscription or placing an order, your email address is kept confidential and and is used only for sending newsletters, updates or special promotions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

My paintings are professionally packaged with quality shipping glassine paper, bubble wrap and corner protection.   The paintings are then placed inside a double-wall corrugated box for added security and 'FRAGILE' is placed over the outside of the box.  All my paintings are sent via UPS Ground, which takes approximately 5 business days to arrive to US or Canada destinations.  Insurance is always added to the shipping service in case of damage in transit.

GICLEES & PRINTS

Giclees are high quality prints on canvas to which I add touches of paint to enhance the look and feel of the print. I use a pal palette knife to add paint in various places and apply a coat of varnish to protect it from sunlight and dust. (coming soon)  Prints are created on high quality paper with a choice of matting. (also coming soon)  There are no frames offered at this time.

RETURNS

Original paintings can be returned, at the discretion of April Paige Fine Art, but the return shipping must be paid by the customer (unless proof of damage due to transit).  Monies will not be refunded until the painting is returned and is in the original condition or shipping insurance claim verified.  If damaged in shipping, you must contact April Paige for instructions.  I will collect the cost from insurance through the shipping company and the damaged painting must still be returned.  Once the damaged piece is returned, monies will be refunded.  If the original has been tampered with in any way then there will be no return refund.  If there are any other issues, please contact me directly.  Posters, prints and matting are non-returnable/refundable.
